Best Practices for ACTS Retreats
The Houston ACTS Chapter will hold a Town Hall Meeting on August 17, 2013 at St. Bartholomew Church, 5356 Eleventh St., Katy, TX. The Town Hall will begin at 9:00 AM and end around 3 PM. Refreshments and lunch will be served.
All parishes should be represented. Everyone who has been on an ACTS Retreat is welcome. We request that at least all Core Team Facilitators, Co-Facilitators, Retreat Support Coordinators, and current Directors attend from each ACTS parish.
Pre-registration is requested to help us in plan for your participation. Please pre-register as soon as possible at the following link on the Chapter website. A map to the meeting is available on the registration page.
The theme of this Town Hall will be “Best Practices for ACTS Retreats” which will be a series of presentations which will cover everything from the retreat responsibilities of the Core Team, Director, and team members and the selection of the Director and team members and anything else retreat related. We plan on guiding the various Town Hall presentations by the questions that attendees ask ahead of time. Every question is important and if received in advance will be included in the topics covered. Please submit your questions by reply to this email to email@example.com as soon as possible.
